Missy had 90 days professional training as a 3 year old, but has been almost strictly a broodmare since
1999.
Her first foal was by Alberta Express and the next for were by our Champion Pinto stallion, Red E
Impression. ALL are in the "Regular" registry with the American Paint Horse Association (APHA) and the
last three are also registered with the American Pinto Horse Association (PtHA) and the Canadian Pinto
Horse Association (CPtHA).
Two are Canadian Pinto Supreme Champions and one is also an American Pinto Champion.
Her last foal is by our new quarter horse stallion, RDK Chex N Dun, and is a lovely bay quarter horse colt
with the most expressive eyes.
Missy's best features are her strong back and beautiful eyes, both of which she passes on to her foals.
We spent some time riding Missy in the fall of 2006, intending to sell her to reduce our broodmare band.
She has the potential to be a great recreational horse for a sensible rider. We will continue to use her
as a broodmare, but if you are interested in her for riding, or as a broodmare, please give us a call.
If you would like her as a recreational horse, we will put an additional 30 days on her and then make
sure the two of you are compatible before finalizing the sale.
She has been pastured with our cows, and seems to have some good cow sense.
Missy has never had problems foaling and would be fine in a pasture band. She is confirmed pregnant
to Red E Impression for a 2010 foal.
